I’m in! What’s next?

These pro tips will make navigating the next few months easy. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Step 1

Submit your FAFSA.

Hollins’ FAFSA code is 003715. A comprehensive scholarship and financial aid letter will not be provided to you until this information has been received. We encourage you to submit the FAFSA as soon as possible.

Step 2

Review your scholarship and financial aid offer.

Beginning in early 2024, financial aid offers will be sent via mail and email. Your financial aid offer will include:

  • The academic merit scholarship you received at the time of admission
  • Any other institutional, federal, or state aid for which you may qualify
  • Detailed repayment options
Step 3

Meet us virtually or for a private visit.

We would love to have you schedule a private tour so that we can personally introduce you to the beauty of Hollins. If you are not able to visit us in person just yet, our virtual tour is always available, and it’s a great resource for seeing inside our dorms, library, and other buildings of interest.

Step 4

Follow Hollins on social media.

Interested in getting a sneak peek into campus life? Find Hollins on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. View our Riding Center on TikTok and follow accounts like @hollinsadmission and @hollinshab on Instagram. Be on the lookout for a private Facebook group for admitted students and join the community on ZeeMee.

Step 5

Submit your enrollment deposit and secure your space in the class of 2028!

To secure your spot, we must receive your enrollment deposit by May 1. This covers your orientation fee and serves as your first payment toward your tuition balance.

Step 6

Begin working on required enrollment forms

Accessible through your myHollins portal, enrolled students must complete a series of documents in advance of campus move-in. These include but are not limited to your housing preference room, advising questionnaire, and financial documents.

Step 7

Save the date for Enrolled Student Day

Designed as an optional pre-orientation program, attend Enrolled Student Day to learn more about academic advising and course selection, how to get involved in campus life, student support services including health and counseling, and receive your Hollins ID card.
